XEBEC Brush Turning is an effective solution to remove fine burrs (<0.1mm) after turning ops - Ceramic Fiber Brushes for CNC Lathes
- It can be used on lathes without milling capacity.
- No need for complex programming / angular positioning / synchronization.
- It allows to remove burrs from multiple crossholes at the same time.
- Flexible square shank holder allows tool approach from optimal angle.
Features:
Automated deburring on lathes
Remove fine burrs (<0.1 mm) from threads and crossholes
on CNC lathes immediately after turning operations.
Small tool height
The round shank version (A11-TB025 + TM-SH-06) is 11 mm
high, enabling 12 mm bores and ID threads to be deburred.
Adjustable brush angle
The brush angle of the square shank type is adjustable to automate deburring on lathes.
