Sized Reamers
Drill Service holds an extensive range of Reamer Blanks that can be sized to order on quick deliveries.
Our standard Reamer Tolerance is +0/+0.008mm (+0/+0.0003") but tighter tolerances can be achieved.
We can size any Reamer from the smallest size of 1.80mm in all materials (Carbide, Carbide Tipped, HSCo and HSS). We can also provide a coating service.
Blanks available in Carbide and Carbide Tipped. Left and Right Hand Spiral (both right hand cutting), Straight Flute and with Through Coolant. Available in stub, standard and extra length.
Carbide Reamer Blanks of the RC1200 and RC1300 ranges are manufactured by us. The Carbide Tipped Blanks come from Lexington in the USA and make an affordable alternative to Solid Carbide.
