Xebec Ceramic Abrasives Heat Resistant

Xebec Ceramic Stone Heat Resistant Stick type.

Heat resistant up to 200° C and suitable for continuous use with an ultrasonic tool. No breaking, no cracking, no chipping.

For use on the following applications:

Mold Polishing
Edge Deburring
Removing Scratches
For materials up to HRC57

This product is optimized to be used with ultrasonic tools by improving the heat resistant characteristics of the binder compound. It is capable of withstanding high temperatures of up to 200 degree Celsius, enabling efficient polishing. Can also be used with pneumatic and electric vibration tools.

To use apply the tip at about 45 degrees to the surface to be polished, as it only has grinding power at the tip.
