RC1300L - Carbide Reamers, Left Hand Helix, Long Series
Use Left Hand Helix for through holes in harder materials. Reamers are kept as blanks and sized to order on quick deliveries. The use of carbide reamers is economically justified on all materials. Carbide reamers - Allow higher cutting speed - REDUCING COSTS. Are more resistant to wear than HSS - REDUCING COSTS. Will consistently and accurately produce sized holes, reducing tool change time and frequency. Give longer tool life - Reducing stock inventory. Are more resistant to built up edge (BUE), improving surface finish. Carbide reamers are suitable for use on all materials, including difficult materials such as stainless steel, Nimonic, sintered materials, plastics, castings, copper, heavy metal etc. NB. STANDARD TOLERANCES FOR THESE REAMERS ARE +0/+0.008mm (+0/+0.0003"). FOR TIGHTER TOLERANCES USE THE REAMER QUOTATION FORM. DELIVERIES NORMALLY IN 2 - 3 DAYS. Reamers Quotation Request
