ROUTDP - Diamond Router, Plated
Diamond Plated routers These routers are diamond bonded onto a solid carbide shank (steel shank for larger sizes). They are for use on kevlar and abrasive space age materials as well as fibre glass, plastics, boron, carbon, etc. Larger diameters routers give high peripheral speed. These routers have a ground slot for dust removal and run at 2,000 to 5,000 ft/min. Sizes from 1/8" to 1" and 3.00 to 12.00 mm.
